Annual Subscriptions

With the start of the New Year, the time has come to renew your U.S.O.C. membership. Please indicate the amount payable according to your status and return the bottom section of this leaflet, along with the required payment, to the Honorary Treasurer at the address above.

Cheques should be made payable to U.S.O.C.. Please keep your signature etc. clear of the numbers along the foot of the cheque, and avoid the use of staples.

To Honorary members, this notification is for information only.

To members who pay by Standing Order, please ensure that your payment details are up to date prior to the date of execution, which should be towards the end of January.

To Student Members, please at least confirm your email address, to establish that you still wish to be a member of U.S.O.C. and to receive information about
our events by this method.

If you intend to set up your own Standing Order, please let us know.
